Pet care rarely arrives on schedule.

A paw looks sore at bedtime. A vet report lands in your inbox. A routine that worked last month suddenly needs another look. Then there are the good moments, like a calmer walk, a healthy checkup, or a photo that captures your pet perfectly.

Daisy can now help through more of those moments, while keeping your pet’s story close. Sign in or sign up for a free account to make giving your pet their best life easier than ever.

It Starts With Knowing Your Pet

Open Daisy and she already knows which pet is with you. She can use the profile, records, routines, and notes you have chosen to keep.

If you were working on calmer greetings, tracking a skin concern, or preparing for a vet visit, you can pick up where you left off. You do not need to explain the whole story again.

Daisy also pays attention to what already works. Before suggesting a change, she can ask what needs to stay the same. That might be your schedule, your pet’s comfort, or advice you received from your veterinarian.

Home helps you continue at your own pace. You may see a new focus, one small step for today, or something you saved for later. You can pause or end a focus whenever it stops being useful.

When Something Feels Off

Imagine that your pet starts scratching one ear after dinner.

You open Pet Health Scans and take a photo. If the image is hard to read, Daisy gives you clear tips for trying again. When the scan is ready, she explains what stands out, what to watch, and how soon you may want to contact your veterinarian.

You can scan ears, eyes, paws and nails, skin and coat, teeth and gums, poop, or vomit. The camera includes a flash option on supported phones, which helps when your pet picks the darkest corner of the room.

A scan offers guidance for your next step and does not replace veterinary care. Daisy will tell you when something may need urgent attention.

If a vet visit makes sense, Daisy can help you get ready.

Your Records Join the Conversation

Add your pet’s records to Library and Daisy can use them throughout the app.

You can upload several photos or PDFs at once. In Chat, you can attach up to five records in one message, which lets Daisy compare lab results, visit notes, and other documents together.

Daisy reads the full report. All attachments are then saved long-term in your Library.

Your records can also help keep your pet’s profile current.

With Smart Profile Updates, Daisy can find clear facts such as weight, important dates, and documented health details. Well-supported information can be added to the profile. Anything that needs your judgment waits for review.

You can see the source, check the proposed update, and make the final choice. Every change has a history, and you can undo updates when needed.

That means fewer forms to fill out and a profile that grows with your pet’s real care history.

Upload all your pet documents quickly.

By the Time the Appointment Arrives

Ask Daisy to prepare a visit brief.

She gathers the useful details from your pet’s records and your conversation, then saves the brief in your Library. You can review it before the appointment and open it at the clinic.

The brief stays in the Library afterward. Your conversation stays available too, so you can come back with results, questions, or a new plan from your veterinarian.

Care often continues in small steps. Daisy can help you remember a medication check, watch for a symptom, or practice a new routine. Reminders keep the important moments from slipping through a busy week.

When you make progress, Daisy recognizes it. A practice goal can build a streak over time. A one-time concern can close when it has been resolved. Home keeps the next step clear and gives completed work a place to feel complete.

There Is Room for Joy, Too

Add a favorite photo and Daisy can create a warm, illustrated portrait of your pet.

You can zoom in, download it, or share it from your phone with the picture attached. If your dog is a mix, you can add more than one breed to help the portrait feel more like them.

Sometimes the best part of caring for a pet is simply celebrating who they are.

Pet portraits add whimsy and fun to Daisy.
